On June 27 2010, Big Sky Permaculture and Apiaries for Bees and Communities will be offering an exciting day centered around the topics of urban beekeeping and urban permaculture!
Urban Beekeeping
Eliese Watson of Apiaries and Bees for Communities will be delivering an interactive workshop on urban beekeeping including topics such as the role of bees in communities, the fascinating world of bees and their lifecycle, inside the hive, and the wonderful products if the hive.
Urban Permaculture
Adrian Buckley or Big Sky Permaculture will show you just how urban permaculture works, with a site visit to a real urban permaculture system (formerly a lawn) with detailed explanations on how it works. This is your chance to see what urban permaculture really looks like!
Join us for a fun day of learning, and meet like minded people at the 
same time!
